Sorry I made ya'll wait so long! Ok, in a nutshell, the last couple of weeks went as follows: spent 2 weeks sick with bronchitis, got pinkeye as well, Ethan got ringworm (now is pretty much gone), Devin started walking a lot!! Owen found out last week that his last day on the job was May 31st...somehow, he managed to get a new job at the same company on the same day he found out that his lay-off date was very imminent. He's my hero!! :-D It's for less pay so it's still necessary that I find a job. My job search has begun again, I got off track while so sick.
Today is Ethan's last day of first-grade, he is growing up so fast! We plan on continuing to practice certain skills such as reading, math and art while the summer break is on. Also, swimming lessons and I'm considering cooking lessons from momma as well...depends on how much time I'll have if/when I start working again.
It's already getting pretty hot here during the day, today the high temp will be around 96! So far, the hottest it's gotten in the house is 87. Our new swamp cooler works great for one room of the house, and I sure am grateful for that one room! :-)

That's great that Owen got another job. At least you don't have to look at a forced move in order to survive! I'm sure something even better will show up!
