Couple of New things!

First...I have new glasses! Yay! I can see again. My glasses broke last Sunday, broke so badly that they were no longer wearable. So, new glasses for me and yes, it's a blessing to be able to see clearly!

And, two, I have a new blog. I know, I know...I'm not exactly a success at this blogging thing. But, this one is for a really good reason! Visit http://ten-percent-loss.blogspot.com/ if you are interested. It's an honest and sincere blog about my weight and weight loss attempts.

And, the last thing today is about Devin's new word(s). It's "I want", but sounds like one word because he says it all together! I'll be honest...I think I prefer "no". Because, I'm not always sure what he wants (he can't say that yet) so I hear "iwant, iwant" accompanied by crying until I figure out what it is that he wants. Also, sometimes the thing he wants is me....he holds his little arms up to me and a pitiful "iwant" comes out...it melts the heart, it does! Then, after holding him and carrying him around for a long while...trying to put him down..."iwant"...pick him up again...well, it does start to get old. Distracting him helps, but if he sees me on the computer or the telephone, it's an immediate "iwant". And if he sees me with his older brother, hugging Ethan or talking to him or helping him with his homework....here comes the "iwant". Cute little beggar!
